What are Infuse Cannisters?
Infuse Canisters contain pressurised gas (E942). Available in a variety of flavours, the gas is infused through a dispenser into plain still water creating a fizzy and flavoursome soda concoction.
Another use is to make whipped cream, the gas reacts with the fats, gelatines and other stabilising agents in the cream to create a foam.
How do you use the Dispenser?
Infuse canisters must be used in conjunction with a dispenser. First of all, you must open the dispenser, screw in the canister and attach the filled water bottle provided in the kit. Simply push down on the button or handle to begin the infusion.
For whipping cream, just add the ingredients which you wish to whip, then screw the lid back on and ensure it is fitted tightly. Releasing the gas and shaking the dispenser well to ensure it binds with the ingredients. Voila!
Which brand should I buy?
While standard infuse canisters are all non-refillable, they are sadly not all created to the same high standards. Misuse
Overfilling the dispenser with too much gas can result in the escape of liquid from the dispenser and even damage to the dispenser itself.
Furthermore, any sort of recreational use is highly dangerous and can result in throat spasms, severe coughing or, in the most extreme cases, asphyxiation. Do not attempt.

Recycling
All of the canisters sold by UK Soda are made from either steel or aluminium that is 100% recyclable. We encourage all our customers to recycle their spent canisters after use, which can be done by placing them alongside everyday recyclables such as cans, tins and other items. If everyone who buys from us undertakes this small responsibility, it can make a huge cumulative difference to the environment.
